A question about an antique Pontiac?

I was at a car show when I saw this gorgeous Pontiac. It’s hood ornament was a silver tone and amber acrylic indian head. Very Art Deco. I was never able to find the owner. I wanted to know if the indian head lit up. Does anyone know if it does?
